Any time I have caught myself overanalyzing or creating thoughts in my head or convincing myself of something which I am not, I remember your words to stop the thought and refocus. It has helped me tremendously. It's a day to day effort but I have a lot better control over my thoughts now.

My name is John, I’m a 51 year old single male who has lived with depression most of my life! Have tried antidepressants and found them to put me in a coma, and feeling sedated all the time! As skeptical as I have always been about this sort of thing, I was pleasantly surprised when I “fell under” for the first time. Hypnosis to me had always being something that was legend in the Hollywood movies, but as I lay there and experienced the calmness of Petra’s voice, and the caring and professional manner in which she conducted herself, I actually enjoyed it all so much.
